Hands-on Support
We take a sleeves-rolled-up, hands-on approach with the organizations that we support. Harnessing the value of collaboration, we work with existing and aspiring networks and associations (and their supporters), to facilitate partnerships and the co-creation of programs that boost the value of ecosystems. Acknowledging that organizations are often overly dependent on a small number of international funders, we support them to think local and develop hybrid business models through strategic planning and communications.

Capacity Building
In today’s fast changing environment in Africa and elsewhere in the world, comprehensive capacity building programs empower organizations to develop competencies and skills that ensure they remain up-to-date and relevant while improving efficiency. We work closely with ESOs to help them develop and strengthen skills, processes and resources that improve organizational capacity. Recognizing the wealth of experiences and progress gained in establishing impactful organizations with community and donor buy-in, we support organizations to identify, capitalize and build on their unique strengths
